  1. Structural characteristics

    Integral structure: It is usually a large integral annular structure, such as the main bearing with a diameter of 8.61 meters, which is integral and has high strength and stability, and can better withstand complex loads.
    Multi component composition: generally composed of inner ring, outer ring, rolling elements, cage, etc. The inner and outer rings provide rolling tracks for the rolling elements, which roll between the inner and outer rings to achieve relative rotation. The cage is used to isolate and guide the rolling elements.
    Special sealing design: equipped with high-performance sealing devices to prevent impurities such as soil, sand, and groundwater from entering the bearing during construction, affecting its normal operation, while ensuring that lubricating grease does not leak.
    Working principle: Installed at the front end of the shield machine, the inner ring is connected to the rotating components of the shield machine (such as the cutterhead drive shaft), and the outer ring is connected to the fixed structure of the shield machine. When working, the driving system drives the inner ring to rotate, and the inner ring drives the outer ring to be relatively stationary through rolling elements, thereby achieving stable rotation of the cutterhead and enabling it to cut rock and soil.
